To ensure that our guides are always at their best in their work. We implement a policy of conducting spot checks at any time or any where the guides’ work would take them to.
Our staff,driver and guides are being continuosly assessed by our Operations Manager to ensure that they provide professional service and keep up with developments of the
tourism industry. Surprise checks are made on our vehicles on their cleanliness and punctuality. Our clients will be given a questionnaire at the end of tours to facilitate
feedback. It shall be compulsory for drivers and guides to return questionnaires in order to process their fees. |
